Netvue Installation and Support |

Our systems are designed and installed to be reliable. When it's time for installation and commissioning, Netvue will spend time with your IT department to configure and test the system so that it meets your requirements.
IPTV and Digital Signage systems are generally straightforward to operate and manage. However, even the best equipment can go wrong occasionally. And you may sometimes want a helping hand with an upgrade or a change to your system configuration.
Netvue Support is there to help out and can quickly solve your system problems. Our support helps you achieve continuity of service and offers you peace of mind. We offer three types of support to our customers: |

Warranty support for one year from date of installation - includes telephone support for customers and rectification of any installation problems
|
|
Ad hoc chargeable support - for non-warranty support visits or on-site assistance with upgrades
|
|
Support agreements - for customers with particular response requirements or maintenance needs
|
The last of these, support agreements, may range from an agreed number of visits per year at a discounted rate to a full support agreement with a dedicated callout telephone number and agreed response times. |
